Dometic 9100 Awning Problems

Dometic 9100 awning problems. I can push them in manually but they pop back out. The dometic power awning also functions using our keystone cougar trailers wireless remote control. I own a 2012 outback 301bq with a dometic 9100 power awning. I have a 2014 sanibel with a dometic 9100 power awning attached.

My dometic 9100 electric awning will not retract and just clicks at the motor. If awning is over extended press horizontal distance of at least 16 between fully open awning and any permanent object. We can start it again shortly and go a ways and stop. Diagnosing my power awning problem.
